I prefer this cut of Love Story to the orginal. Better production, better vocals (Taylor's voice has matured and is slightly huskier in a good way), and her phrasing has also become crisper. What I like best is her taking a page from the Sinatra playbook. When Sinatra couldn't get control of his work from Capitol Records, he formed his own label (Reprise) and re-recorded all his best stuff. Some of the very best Sinatra recordings are the re-records. Go Taylor... or as Sinatra would have said, "that's a smart broad"!!!

These reviews on how she’s “just doing it for the money” are ridiculous! Not even the biggest lovers of music write an album every year. Taylor has released 2 albums in 2020 and music is a part of her soul. I love how she’s re-recording all of those moments in her life. I’m sure this was an emotional heartfelt moment for her.

If a man did what she does y’all would praise him. Taylor is queen

People don’t really understand how the industry works labels crush the artists success it’s not only the master. There are OWNED by the label like property being independent gives you all your own rights this was a big decision but as far as making, a metal note for the her art, it’s not a bad choice.
